We know you're keen to get your new gear so we offer Express Shipping on all of our orders with Standard and Free Standard options depending on your order value. All order tracking information will be emailed to the nominated email address.

CHRISTMAS SHIPPING
To ensure your gifts arrive on time this holiday season, please note the following shipping guidelines and conditions which have been advised by Australia Post:
Order Cut-Off Dates:
Standard Shipping - Orders must be placed by 18/12 to ensure delivery before Christmas.
Express Shipping - Orders must be placed by 20/12 for delivery before Christmas.
Processing Times:
All orders are processed and shipped from our Queensland warehouse. Please allow 1–2 business days for order processing.
Delivery Delays:
While we strive to meet all delivery timelines, unforeseen delays with postal or courier services may occur, particularly during peak holiday periods. Ringers Western is not responsible for delays caused by postal carriers.
Remote Areas:
Orders to remote or regional areas may require additional time for delivery. We recommend placing orders early to account for possible delays.
Order Tracking:
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS to monitor its progress.
No Liability for Missed Dates:
Ringers Western cannot guarantee delivery before Christmas for orders placed after the cut-off dates or delayed due to circumstances beyond our control.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING:
- FREE standard shipping for orders over $150 (Subject to change at our discretion during promotion or sale periods. This will be advertised on the Ringers website.)
- $10 standard shipping available for orders under $150
- $15 express shipping available for all orders.
-$20 express shipping with insurance is available to all orders. Insurance shipping covers the cost of items in the event that the courier has not delivered your parcel within their expected delivery window and requires further investigation, our customer service team will replace the order and have it sent out via Express again.
- If the postie or courier cannot deliver for whatever reason or it is deemed unsafe to leave at your address they may leave a card with an alternate delivery location (local Post Office or similar).
NEW ZEALAND:
- FREE shipping for orders over $150.00 (Subject to change at our discretion during promotion or sale periods. This will be advertised on the Ringers website.)
- $15 flat rate international shipping for orders under $150.00You will be contacted via our chosen delivery service for delivery requests.
INTERNATIONAL:
All items are express shipped.$30 AUD flat rate international shipping. You will be contacted via our chosen delivery service for delivery requests.
International Taxes & Custom Charges
Unfortunately, International taxes and custom charges are out of our control and you may be required to pay sales tax and or duty/Customs charges depending on your location. If you have concerns regarding applicable customs charges to your country or state, we advise you to contact your local customs office to find out what fees may be relevant to you. Taxes and customs charges are not the responsibility of Ringers Western and are not included in the total of the order or shipping cost and are not responsible for any additional taxes or charges that may occur during the journey of your order.

GENERAL SHIPPING INFORMATION:
Shipping
Orders are shipped on business days only. Please note: Shipping days do not include public holidays.
Order Tracking
Once you receive your shipping confirmation email you can track your order using the tracking number provided. If the tracking link is not available you can paste your tracking number into the search bar in the Australia Post tracking page.
Sale Period
Due to increased volumes of orders during sale periods, we do ask for an additional 10 business days ontop of our usual despatch times to allow our warehouse team to despatch your orders.
Lost/Damaged Parcels
As much care is taken to package and ship your parcel however, in the unlikely event that the courier (domestic) has confirmed that either damaged or lost your parcel in transit, we will do our best to assist you in with getting the most favourable outcome where possible. Unfortunately, if the order was not purchased with Express Shipping with Insurance, we are not liable to replace or refund the order. The courier is responsible for the safe delivery of your parcel. In most cases, if the customer reaches out to the courier, the courier will compensate you directly.
